Homemade cawl with chunky bread and welsh cheddar

Baked cod on creamed leeks served with Caerphilly cheese, baby new potatoes and butter sauce

Stuffed chicken breast and welsh goats cheese wrapped in Carmarthen ham served with wholegrain mustard mash and whisky sauce

Individual welsh goats cheese, root vegetable & walnut wellington
with sun-blushed tomato hollandaise (v)

Bara brith and butter pudding with vanilla custard
