Morgans meeting room with state of the art technology is available for business or social functions and includes DVD' Video and Large screen projector and is suitable for most meetings or presentations.

It holds up to 24 persons in Boardroom style and up to 40 people in Theatre style.

9am to 5pm £300 day rate
Any additional teas/coffees to be charged accordingly

Half Day
9am to 1pm £200 session rate
2pm to 6pm £200 session rate
6pm to 10pm £200 session rate

Day Delegate Rates
£32 per person which includes:

Morgans Meeting Room
(based on minimum 24 delegates, 9am – 5pm)

Use of Morgans Meeting room and facilities which includes flip chart, projector and screen

Morning tea/coffee and biscuits
Buffet lunch
Orange juice served with lunch
Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits

Overnight Delegate Rates
£140 per person which includes:

Morgans Meeting Room
(based on minimum 24 delegates, use of meeting room from 9 am – 5pm, evening meal and overnight accommodation)

Use of Morgans Meeting room and facilities which includes flip chart, projector and screen

Morning tea/coffee and biscuits
Buffet lunch
Orange juice served with lunch
Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits
Three course evening meal

Overnight Morgans Townhouse accommodation inclusive of breakfast and car parking
